Our multi-skilled team of professionals shares its business experience and a vast expertise in human and professional development, together with their love for nature and passion for the interaction between human beings and one of the most wonderful creatures: "The horse".

Our programs are not riding, or horsemanship seminars. They are programs aimed to live and experience our own natural leadership style, and leverage our self consciousness, to get more effective communication, interpersonal relations and teamwork skills. The new situations, in an open environment away from our day to day life and masterly helped by horses, are conditions that have proved to be amazingly effective to reach our training goals.
